Are you willing to work hard dedicate time to your personal poi practice,
Are you eager to learn something new which keeps your mind and body fit, energizing yourself, learning about body balance coordination, and flow
Be inspired by how breath and flow work together in synchronicity to create poi patterns.
This course will cover body conditioning exercises which will help you understand the way youโ€™re right and left body and brain works, once your foundation is solid you will work towards poi moves, moving your body whilst spinning,
We will look at poi flow combinations and how to put this practice into poi dance formation.
Each course is 6 weeks long and all students need to dedicate their six weeks to the course so as not to become bitty in their practice
