How to master your antispin poi stalls in one super helpful drill! Yesterday we dove into a drill for mastering stalls that is a personal favorite, but it was also a little incomplete: all of those stalls were inspin! Poi antispin flowers are an interesting case study for stalls in that you can really treat any anti spin flower petal as a pair of stalls! I’ll guide you through this approach to learning stalls so you can turn any antispin flower into an opportunity to switch those poi around whichever way you like!
