Started awkwardly spinning fans in prep for the Crimson Fire Burning Man Conclave Audition video. What foreign feeling things! This is my first day with them and first stab at Russian Grip. The fire fans I’ve been working with have Smaller rings, 3 Fingers in, while these are the whole hand.
Having a chronic condition which affects my wrists, I find this to be a huge challenge, the fans being heavy is also tricky. I love heavy props luckily, so we are getting on well… excited to drill lots and figure out all kinds of weaves eee!
