I have a new trick for learning poi stalls! During a private lesson a couple weeks ago, I stumbled across a new way to teach a basic down stall that not only got my student performing super clean stalls right away, it’s also proven to be a big hit with my streaming poi classes and other private lesson students. I’ll take you through the process to try it out for yourself–hopefully this gets more people out there stalling and stalling cleanly earlier in their flow journey!
