In this beginner lesson, I will show you the basic tricks you need to learn in order to start flowing with the contact staff without using your hands. The first trick we will look at is one of the most basic moves in contact staff, the neckwrap. We will then look at some stalls, some variarions on both of these, and finally we will explore how you can use these skills in order to move freely with the staff and find your own flow and movement.
